I have been charged extra money of ₹3 at D mart, in Sushma theatre, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad 500070. When I objected for this they said they aren't charging extra money for anything but they are selling plastic bags too like other items. Please guide me what to do next?

I approached your service center ATM Motors (P)LTD.melakpet, Hyderabad with my vehicle AP29BT9198 for general servicing 1-04-2016nThe mechanic there at that time checked the vehicle and estimated the cost of Rs.1100/-. Which we agreed and service was done. We have taken the vehicle after payingservice chargesame day. While taking back the vehicle to home not more than 5to 6km the vehicle engine made a loud novice and vehicle got off. It was late and service center was also closed.Next day morning I showed the vehicle to your service center. We are shocked to hear comments of mechanic, one mechanic says that there is no engine oil, second say’s engine failure, third says there is clutch problem and manager says that there is clutch problem and he is aware of it. We are shocked when the vehicle was given for servicing it was in running condition and after servicing everyone in service center says other problems. However we while taking delivery manager said to my office boy that there is clutch problem and on next service it can be repaired and vehicle will run till that time.nThe service manager was not able to confirm what the problem is and why it has occurred. We assume that at the time of service engine oil was not filled for which we have paid. This is the basic check before delivering the vehicle. We have already filed the complaint with regional manager who assured that there is only clutch problem and he has verified the same. We agreed to change the clutch and asked the service manager to do it and we can take the vehicle next day.nAfter following for a week for delivery of vehicle with service center and regional manager, We were surprised that now service center manager is saying some new version and saying that there is a fault in crank and the crank threads are damage and it has to be changed. If you permit us we are having a old crank are replace on cost of RS 1800/-+1000/-labor charges. Hearing this we were trying to call the regional manager who was not attending the call and sent a message to call after 8 o’ clock.nFinally they are giving the service and repair bill for Rs.6,985/- which is not acceptable by me. For following reasonsn1. Firstly, service center staffs are not capable of handling service; they have damaged the crank, clutch plate.nn2. Secondly, they is no method of inspection and process of inspection before delivery of vehicle.nn3. Third, service center staffs use the parts of other vehicles (Steel) and offer to customers at lower prices. Shockingly, this is known to regional manager also.nn4. Lastly, service center want to make money out of anything by fooling around customers.nnWe buy the vehicles of the reputed company as they are known for quality and delivery. But due to presence of such service teams company is risking the name and reputation.
