It offers gold loan with 2 percent interest rate. The employees service is very bad , they take 45 mins to 1 hour to process the gold loan even if only one customer is present. The security system is good but they take long time to open gate from inside. They don't have sufficient cash to give also. They go to bank to get the money, it takes 30 - 45 mins till then customer has to wait. Employers service is very very bad, they are very slow workers. For their beauty they opened another branch in jangaon. They are not maintaining one branch properly they opened other branch.
