In the name only they have professional but they do not serve like professional. I recommend you people not to choose this courier service and the way they answering also bit rude. They should think twice before they take-up any thing to delivery. Poooooooooooooor service.

They are asking us to come and collect the parcel ... this is happening with all the professional courier branches ... kamareddy , sircilla both the branches tell the same story that delivery boy didn’t come .. so come and pick the parcel ...nmy advice .. please don’t send couriers through professional courier ...nThey r very unprofessional
