I am a regular user of this service, and I have seen the difference, 7 months back I would have given 5 stars but now they don't deliver as per promise date and time.. they delivered after 2 to 3 days later..

Have your best clothes ever gets exchanged???I have booked my appointment with safa with the promise of getting my clothes cleaned but when I asked for my clothes they told for compensation but it's been one month since then no one picking up my call. Such a poor service from a start up never expected.
