Haha, it's government owned centre , work is still not finished properly , it's completely useless because nothing is operating here , shops are not operating , btw residential portion of this building is occupied by owners of particular flat , commercial portion is idle , nothing is operating, construction is going on here since 2014 , Not much impressive except building.
