Dr. Rakesh Kakkar may easily be rated as most popular surgeon in Bulandshahr district. He is a very skilled and competent surgeon . His polite and courteous behaviour can win anybody's good wishes. His hospital maintains a very hygienic atmosphere which is normally lacking in hospitals of small cities. Being located far from main road, there is no problem of parking space.
