IU Health West Hospital

I’ve always had a great experience through this hospitals women’s center. Dr. Schnee’s office is efficient, polite, and personable. I never have to wait long to get seen. They listen to and address all my concerns. Can’t speak on the Other departments but I’d recommend The OBGYN office.

Brought my wife there today for routine pre-surgery tests. Rudely, I was informed by a disenfranchised employee that I had to stay out according to the visitor policy. Sat there out on the park bench for 3 hours since the brief testing we expected was anything but brief. And for all that, we're going to be charged a handsome amount of money. There won't be a second time for this to ever occur again. If the wife chooses to return there, she's on her own.

I had my baby her on 09/21/20 and my nurses were absolutely wonderful to me , Brandy White , Amy P , Montana and the lovely young lady she was training were all hands on and helped me out along the way during my delivery without them I have no idea what I would have done

Horrible staff! I would not bring my dog to this facility. Some of the nurses are clueless and could care less about your loved one. Don’t even ask for pain medication, even if you have a terminal illness, they will not give you ANYTHING! It’s disgusting that this is what healthcare has become, these people are not here to help sick people!

4 stars because I have had both good and bad experiences here.nnAll of my experience with the emergency room has been bad, it has gone down hill significantly. One time we went in because my husband had blood poisoning and we were sat down at a gurney in the hallway and were there all night.nnMy experience with OBGYN and labor/delivery has been amazing. I have had two OBs over the years, Dr Gomez and Dr Cruz. Absolutely LOVED both. Dr Gomez delivered 2/3 of my kids and was great. Although Dr Cruz is no longer with the practice, I still love the office and all of the staff. NP Ann Foy is the BEST!nnI have had to have many labs done here and have had nothing but a pleasant experience with those staff members.nnLastly my middle child had to have a tongue tie clipped here, and the staff in the ENT office was also fantastic, the doctor who did the procedure was awesome and made it quick and smooth.
