Renovated but still needs a lot of improvement.

The bensali roadways bus stand is not much advanced that much should be a huge city bus stand when i reached there i haven't found any bus routes benner which tell that which buses going to which side and i also haven't found any enquiry area i had to get information from those passengers whose also not know about their own bus availability and formation.

Very poor command and control of responding officer, no body are pick up phone from enquiry ,. It means RM and others are not taking interest with govt.duty.only collection payment without any supervison of staff.
