Moved here from out of state and needed to wash the vehicles. When we first pulled up we were concerned how long it would take since cars were lined up in all lanes but we made it through in little to no time at all. The prices are great for the quality of the wash. We have car washes like this back in Texas but they are no where near the quality of Tommy’s. The products not only smell amazing while you’re vehicle is being washed, the system itself leaves the car looking amazing! Minimal water marks and dirt left behind. Staff is amazing as well. Someone egged my car the first couple days we had moved in to our place and the egg dried up by the time I found it and they pulled me threw the wash twice and made sure the egg came off. I highly recommend Tommy’s for express car washing!

This place is awesome. Very nice customer service and equipments is fantastic. My truck is very clean and shine everytime it ran thru. Got membership now so I'll stop as much as I can.

I visited this business and paid for the best treatment offered. I thought it was odd that the service I ordered was not displayed when I entered the wash. As I'm leaving I notice a display thanking me for using the second-best treatment offered. I go to vacuum my car and notice that the handle to my passenger side door is missing (no previous issues, the car is new). Once I alert the staff, a member of the service team informs me that I will be speaking to a manger to file a claim and that they would search the wash for the handle. The handle was retrieved, but there was no follow up or acknowledgement of the previous issue. After notifying the service rep, I was assured that I would be able to come through again and receive the service I originally paid for. Came back through and not only was the service incorrect again (super instead of the works this time), but the handle was also dislodged. Everyone has off days, but this was pure incompetence and lack of attention to detail.

By far the best car wash I've ever been to. Not only does it clean your vehicle better than anywhere else it's the fastest carwash I've ever been through. And the staff is super friendly.
