Public Sector Banks are heavily under staffed. With bare minimum staffs, the Bank is struggling to provide service to the never ending queues of customers needs, sometimes unsatisfactorily, which is not in their hands. Public has a right to proper efficient service. The suggestion is, Public should try alternate means of banking (alternate delivery channels), through internet banking, mobile banking, SBI YONO, ATM, Kiosk Banking @ CSPs, wherein most of the need to visit the branch is ruled out. Digital payments should be taken up more and encouraged. This will lessen the rush at the branch and enable the staffs to give more adequate and proper service for those that really require their visit to the branch.

Installed more ATM booth it's always rush😒

Great place with less. People....could do work in a minute

Infrastructure is average. Atm services can be improved. Staffs are of helping nature. People spit pan on the wall hence it look dirty. People can contribute to this lone bank by not spoiling it anymore.

If two ATM Booth can be installed it would solve rush of customers
