Overall this is a very nice place.nnBe careful Turing into the lot, very busy street!nnValet was very helpful and offered very quick service but 45.00 is kind of steepnnThe staff was great at check in, however they did not recognize my VIP status through my travel agent.nnThe lobby was big and beautiful decorated for ChristmasnnSeveral shops and eateries in the building as wellnnAll staff followed covid standards you can smell the cleanliness throughout the hotel.nnThe room had a sanitary seal on the door, alcohol wipe and sealed remotesnnThe room was beautiful, spacious!nDecor was retro and awesomennPool was closed and so was the star lite roof accessnnI think the price was very fair and would stay here again

We were married at the Chase this past weekend and there is not enough wonderful things we can say about it! Haseeb, who we worked with, was nothing short of amazing. He was attentive and always 5 steps ahead of us. He was so easy to work with and granted every random request I had with my pleasure. On top of that everyone who came to the wedding already changed their profile pictures online to that of the hallway with Christmas trees. It is an absolutely beautiful venue and the staff there goes above and beyond!

We had a great stay. Rooms are nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is great, right by Forrest park, the zoo, science center, and all that fun stuff for the kiddos. We swam in the pool every afternoon and walked to a different central west end restaurant every evening. Their covid precautions had us feeling safe and comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back.
