nice environment.nAll doctors and nurses are good in behavior. Specially guards are so helpful.

Worst and terrible.... they should remove the the word 'hospital' from the organization name.... they were famous here around this locality, for terminating human...never believed and took it seriously... but had experienced with my father and believed.. have not seen such inhuman people terminating human lives so promptly casually and with so much of pride, zest and enthusiasm... and the attendant police so enjoying and casual about everything, even after knowing everything... had out of the world experience...nHere one of the patient's relative given reviews of her grandfather not treated by the hospital and when shifted to another hospital, he recovered... I had similar experience, only that, in my case, they never took a chance and waited to treat the patient... one of the nurse immediately administered IV without prescription to my patient in no time after arrival, when I was away from the patient, in the admission counter filling forms... and found my patient no more... I never could believe it.... I lost my father by them....!nThe hospital staffs and medical staffs are so casual about everything which may be a case of one of the top crimes in our book of laws of the country.nI wonder where such casual attitude and confidence comes from...??? who gives them so much power and protection...????? I still wonder what kinda society are we living in....????nStanding in that hospital at that time felt like, even the Book of Constitution will feel less powerful to these people... they will probably laugh at the book and the book will be standing in front of them helpless and shameful and humiliated...!!!nI should have taken action....but my mind went blank...!!!!nPls read this before admitting people to this hospital ud83dude4fud83dude4fud83dude4fud83dude4fud83dude4f⛑ud83eudd32ud83eudd32⛪⛪ud83dudd4cud83dudd4c⛩⛩⛩ud83dudd4bud83dudd4bud83dudd4dud83cudfe0ud83cudfe0ud83dudea9ud83dudea9ud83dudea9nIn the end, my suggestions, the intensive cares and emergency wards to be made entirely transparent, with transparent glass infrastructure, see through for the relatives and attendees.nthe medical records to be fully automated with technology...medical transcriptions to be fully automated and video recorded from beginning to end...no manual entry, and execution... medical examination to be made fully video recorded and automated including reports and prescriptions... so that it can be viewed and tracked on real time by consulting doctors and relatives and wards of the concerned patients....nthere should be multiple CCTV cameras from all possible angle and corners. proper SOPs to be laid for each medical examination and legal investigations of all cases administered. Organizations change management and techniques to be applied with full power and potential to reap maximum benefits to the patients and customers....

The only government state general hospital in the area of Behala and surrounding area . Now is with multiple facilities . Nearly all departments are available here including the ayurvedic department ,they have a special well equipped emergency department ,and other unit of critical care and vasectomy centre , special tuberculosis department and fare price medicine shop ,the opd is open for Monday to Friday , the hospital is now almost cleaned and very well served . For outdoor one need to only have a ticket of just 2 rupees no other visit is required , some medicine are distributed in no cost in the hospital pharmacy. From the last few years this hospital turned up for giving better quality of medical treatment for poor and needy people and also for all. The best doctors are serving people. Now for the covid situation fever patient need to Cary their aadhar card for entry.nThis hospital is situated in the next stop of behala tram deport .
