ESI Reference facility is very bad .Staff behaviour is very bad. Specially the nurses and security staffs are behaving like that we're unwanted person there. If this is going on then soon nobody will go for this hospital. They don't give proper information about your patients, they don't even bother to care about patients. If you have other options then please forget about this hospital. Someone said earlier that the staffs are acting like an IAS officers, I think this is very much true. This hospital looks spick and span from outside but you will get the actual ugly picture when you experience this from inside. Hospital looks neat and clean in the lobby but wards are not good when patient hygiene is concerned. Can you believe that only one dustbin for 3 patients in times like this? 1 attendant for 30 patients in general ward, where no one will offer early morning mouth wash for elders who can't walk. You don't believe this until you experience this bitter truth.
