Very friendly and good doctor, homely environment with Covid care

Worst experience. I go for my wife dental check up. They suggested that it should be washed in three sitting. First day they washed washed pacencelly and charge for hole package. Ok no issues. But in second appointment they they just washed little bit and they told its done. Waste of money and waste of time.

For the first time in my life I needed to visit a dentist and went in here.nHad an extremely disappointing experience. For the record, the attending Doctor was quite amiable and handled my issue well.nBut the problem started when I went for payment. I was given a bill of Rs.16,000 plus xray cost of Rs. 150.nI was never informed of the cost prior to my treatment which incidentally took about 1/2 hour.nSince I wasn't carrying that much cash or any card, I offered 1500 which were all I had.nThe lady at the reception took this and the charge for xray and assured me that I can pay the balance on my next visit.nSubsequently, my acquantances confronted them on that hefty charge and then I understood, as informed by them, that this Rs. 16000 charged on the first day was for the entire future treatment which I may need and that day's charges were only Rs.1000!nSurprisingly, I had never been told of this at any point of time neither by the doctor or by the lady collecting payment ! I rather thought it was so benevolent of them to let me go paying only 1500 against the bill of 16000.nIts only later I understood after many phone calls demanding a breakup of that day's treatment cost that they charged me the bill for treatment to be given in future! Later,nI demanded back Rs. 500 charged additionally for the first day's treatment and it was returned without a single word.nThe place might have good doctors and have good facilities but I would suggest all to get the break up of the cost before taking any treatment.
