Quality furniture for a price. Quite reasonable for the quality they provide.nOne thing to remember though - If the person (technician) coming to fit the furniture at your home is named PRABIR BISWAS then ask for some other technician. He is a trainee with a very bad attitude. Due to his faulty fitting and unapologetic behavior, my almirah colour was damaged.nThis person might give a bad name to the company.

Nice showroom, nice products but pathetic service. I have a very poor experience of buying 2 office chairs from the Godrej Interio showroom @ Brabourne Road Kolkata. They claim to be directly owned by Godrej Interio and has possibly the worst service. Bought 2 chairs on 10th October and yet to be delivered, worst part even today they are not in a position to commit on timelines. They even do not have basic customer courtesy to call back, one sales manager named Mr. Bablu only promises to call back but never calls back. Once you have made the payment for your merchandise, you are at their mercy, if and when, they feel like delivering your order. As customers we understand that delivery can get delayed due to unavailability of stocks but the behavior and conduct of the staff at this store is what is really deplorable. They don't have basic sense of customer service and never bothers to update the customer on the status of the order proactively. They only give vague replies and no efforts to expedite the delivery. If you are buying from this store be very careful you will be impressed by their sales personnel at point of sale but their real side you will see after sales when you start following up for your delivery. Surprisingly in such a digital age of advanced ERP their logistics management is so dreadful that they are not even in a position to commit a timeline of delivery after nearly one month of placing order.
