A terrible place to buy modular kitchen . I have been misinformed about the the price and facilities to be provided and thus cheated of more than 35000/- rupees. I was told of a total cost which was very reasonable and asked to pay an advance - which I paid and then found that it is non refundable and the cost they said was not the cost of the kitcken in total but only some 5-6 boxes and and some civil works. Then they nearly doubled the bill by adding the components which seemed intially that they are proving in the initial price but no - no hob,chimney , oven or water purifier or dishwasher - I felt terribly helpless - so to all the customers please be aware if you are planning to buy amodular kitchen ensamble from here there are many hidden charges which will become apparent only when you pay the advance . The advance is non refundable and if you don't pay 50% of the the total charges by 7 days your advance will be forfeited. I have been cheated by them so I don't want others to suffer the same plight.

Bought an expandable dinning table set and a shoe rack..Koyel Sarkar was very polite and professional with her selling skills..Very nice behavior..Got good discount..After sales installation was pretty nice.... Extremely satisfied... Would recommend everyone to visit the showroom..

Collection is good.. Bought a bed and almirah set. Customer friendly and helpful service. Got a good discount.nOne request to change and upgrade entrance of the showroom. The only negative part of the showroom.nIt is a recommended shop for furniture in Kolkata

After sales service is pathetic. Please try to avoid this showroom.nI bought one bed and one wardrobe. Delivery was not on time. Installation service is pathetic. Full installation has not been done even after 10 days. They have promised to install one mirror on the wardrobe within 5-7 days. The worst part is - one day the installer called and said coming in 20 mins, then said can't come. When I call the representative, she also seems helpless. I am requesting the management to improve the customer service (After sales) very seriously. Please....
