The property is great with a feel of fresh air. River is absolutely in the property which makes things further refreshing. Rooms are of good size and so are the bathrooms. Also the rooms are clean and tidy.nSome areas of improvement:n1. The boards need to be in place to guide to the property. Many small turns are there and no sign boards.n2. Rooms necessarily should have hand towels, which was missing in all the three rooms in which I was staying.n3. Ac needs to be changed or improved. Most of the Ac's are old and the vent does not operate with remote and are broken.n4. Some of the room accessories like Hot water Kettle needs to be proper.nnDespite the above shortcomings, the property is superb and a must visit for a calm and peaceful holiday.

Serene atmosphere. Water is not too deep. So you can bathe and sit comfortably. Lush green lawns. Although need to improve buffet spread

Pathetically managed and maintained resort. Middle of nowhere, bad location.nnReally understaffed. Staff needs major training and grooming.nnRooms were dirty and unkept.nnBreakfast was a total chaos.nnAvoid, avoid , avoidnn100's of much better resorts around the area. This is a total NO !

The overall experience was satisfactory. Although the rooms were not clean as they should be. The washroom too was not cleaned properly.nThe property was well built, the location was good, staff was helpful keeping in mind that they were in limited numbers.
