Though most of the staff was polite and generally made sure things were running smoothly, the women's restroom was disgusting. Two of the four stalls were out of toilet paper, and one of the remaining stalls had a large, rather deep puddle covering almost all of the available floor space. When I mentioned these issues to a member of staff, he responded with a shrug, asked what I had been expecting, and walked away.

Terminal is old and outdated. Staff was great. You think it being right across the street from Lucas Oil Stadium where the Colts play that it would be much nicer it's not it's a dump and food and drink are overpriced.

Trip was great drivers got us here. However my leather coat was stolen from under the bus which only means an employee done it. When i found out told an employee not much concern. Please know I care about all of us we have to work together. I will be filling a claim. Rude behavior begats rude behavior. Please be more considerate if not for us you would not have a job. STOP STEALING!!

Wasn't a very clean place but the staff was very nice and helpful and answered all my queastions professionally
