Being pretty straightforward the worst chain in the town! Alright so the staff is pretty responsive and quite fast handling the order must say but this is exactly where it falls off the cliff. Snacks/Beverages are literally the worst one in the town. Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying that don't ever visit but the fact is that this town can offer so much better than that. Staff is pretty good but the receptionist is one of the rudest guy I've ever met in my life. In a nutshell don't fall for the fancy look I don't recommend it at all and not only that but don't even give it a try.

The service here is very very poor...they gave us another pizza and we said that this is the pizza that u ordered but it was not... They tried to become clever and poured some another cream and gave us..but we knew how the pizza we ordered looked like... They had us waiting for 2 hours and then gave us the pizza. They wasted our time so much and were laughing when we told them the issue.. The staff was also very immature and were having no sense..

Good food, decent ambiance but not doing justice to it's name. You can not smoke in chai 'sutta' bar. Not even in the open sitting area. Guess they should consider renaming the place.

Amazing coffee and tea......must try cheese garlic bread.....place worth going.....
