It's a place of rituals in every year of Muharram in remembering sacrifices of Imam Hussain (AS) the grandson of Prophet Mohammed (SW) by offering their allegiance to him. It is believed that whoever not able to visit karbala can be heard their wishes in these man made karbala. Although in Islam symbolism has no place except Kaba and Gumbad khajra. These type of Karbala and Dargah are the product of Indian syncretic culture is a uniqueness of Indian sub-continent Muslims else nowhere exit.
