To an extent a service industry should be very consumer friendly. To my utter disbelief when I reached here to book a seat for my leisure travel the office was not open until 1025 hrs. After that the staff assigned there was not able to sign in the system for my queries. Disappointed I have to opt for another Airline. They should be more proactive and honest in their work or they will no longer in business. How long will they bank on tax payers money to feed their family. A very bad experience.
