Cancelled our 20 days prior booking before 2day our journey, all of a certain just by giving a couse that military booked there hotel for ellection purpose. And didn't refund us booking money,nBut when we reached hotel we saw the hotel with full of tourist and we discovered that they simply cancelled our booking for other tourist. And lied us.nVery unprofessional behaviour.

It's amazing resort ..... comes and enjoy..only 1 km from masanjore dam .. amazing foods ... amazing room ...

Simply superb experience. I booked the place from OYO during christmas 2019 .. The resort is located nearby the massanjore dam ( canada dam) - if you are coming from WB then it's after the dam and ghat road , if you are coming from JH then the resort is before the dam.nnThe view from the resort is awsome , boating facility available just adjacent to the resort . You can enjoy a blissful holiday along with your family here ~ quite , surrounded by naturennRestaurant food is good and economical. Staffs are courteous.nnCons :n1) NO MOBILE NETWORK or WIFI ( it may be a boon to lot of people ! Just enjoy pure quality time with family minus PUBG, facebook , whatsapp and tiktok)nn2) FREQUENT POWER CUTS ~ Resort has powerback ups , elevator service will be affected during power cuts , don't know what happens to AC because I visited during winternn3) TV plays only free DD Dish DTH channel hence enjoy that 90s experience minus thousands is private tv channels of today

Location is superb,the hotel property is excellent,the food is decent,however the service is horrible due to lack of man power and improper management,no inhouse vehicle is available to go to the Dam which is a big trouble.No other mobile network is available other than Jio and the payment mode is only in cash.Exteriour and Gardens is well maintained and the resort and the rooms are lovely.The toilet needs betterment.The place also lacks in adequeate security in number.The behaviour of the the restaurant in charge is extremely rude.The manager even does'nt look competent.Finally a beautifull property with lack of competency to run the show.nSanjit Banerjee.

I,with my family ,stayed on 27th nov 2019.Nice location.Safe.Clean.Good hospitality and food, Wide space for Car parking.Staffs r very simple minded.nI will recommend others.
