I had frozen shoulder after surgery and there l am able to lift my hand to the normal position . I thank Dr anoop for his hard effort. I had my surgery shoulder arthroscopic done by Dr Nair. Now after 15 days of my surgery is am able to lift my hand. So for me Dr Anoop Mohan Nair is best for shoulder arthroscopic surgeon.

Very nice and humble doctor. I had shoulder pain from a very long time. Consulted a lot of doctors but was of no use. Then I came to know about him. His treatment is very efficient and to the point with minimum medicines. The Physiotherapy is also very good and the physiotherapists are very hardworking. Very much lucky to have such a talented and experienced doctor and team.
