Worst shop ever. Does not even deserve a single star. Purchased BT Headphones a week ago. They had a defect in them. I approached the shop to get it fixed. They ignored my query initially. Then instead of fixing my problem they left me in the dark by declaring my laptop as the source of the problem. Even when the product is covered under warranty, they refused to fix my problem. When I attempted to highlight the incompetency on their part, a man in this shop shouted, verbally abused and intimidated me by throwing cheap slurs at my face in public. Highly unethical, unprofessional and incompetent staff. Staff has bare minimum to no knowledge of the mobiles and gadgets. They only cheat and deceive customers by charging them more than the actual price of the product and sell them defective products. Worst experience ever. If you care about your hard earned money and do not want to waste it, please do not purchase from this shop. I am going to file a complaint in consumer court against this shop and also file a criminal complaint.

This shop is the most fake shop! I repeat most fake!nSo what happened with me was i searched for a one plus shop near me and this shop popped in at the top. I dialed the number of the owner and he gave the information about price which was quite better , when I went to the shop he denied accepting the price he told us at phone.nThis shop owner uses cheap techniques to attract the customers.
