Best bus service in the root of Jagdalpur to Vijayawada. The bus is more comfortable and bus staff members are so nice guy. The bus reached before time when I travelled. I like very much there service. But one thing I want to say that in the bus no blanket, bedsheets and no pillows.Even a water bottle not provide by the bus staff.

No proper response from given contact numbers in the gupta bus app they don't provide us customer care service and if you cancel the bus ticket for some reason then they are not responding for refund. For suppose you want to book a ticket from one location to other and you just search in website or in app and you didn't pay then from thier side they are calling back to customer and ask the reason for not booking the tickets. Then why they don't respond same when we cancel the ticket

Sukma bustand to chindur (More than 30 people sitting in side The walking way and sleeper seats very very bad experience in my lifetime.nBus Timing departure and arrival time is good.

We took a bus to malkangiri. It was decent and the bus was also well maintained. Bus came on time and even the person was helpful in getting the things done. Just that the place is beside a not so well maintained place in the evening there is lot of mosquitoes and children might be affected by this. More over its safe for women but more importantly one has to be careful as there are more men in bus than women so its a risk. There are halts in between as well and the shop in hyderabad was a new one and they are good to help as well.
