St. Joseph General Hospital

The way of treating patients is good. Sister Sr. Cletus treats all visitors and patients with smile and blessful words. But all are not same some treats harshly. These kind of nature will fade away the reputation of RCM. Which is located too near from railway station and little far from bus station. Autos are always there to reach.

Really worst at caring and dealing emergencies. I have joined my sister in this hospital for pregnancy checkups. They neglected the situation and ignored our requests. And finally she ended up having an abortion. Even after the loss, no one from the hospital staff has cared enough. I regret admitting my sister in this hospital. One last thing, they are good at their charges and fee. I would strongly recommend not to choose this hospital for pregnancies and deliveries.

Treatment is good. Can give 5 rating for Annie mam and one surgeon mam don’t know the name.nBut other things very bad.nSome Nurses very bad attitude.nThey didn’t give even apron for me while doing csection operation wrapped me in a very untidy towel.nRooms are from hundreds of years nothing changed but the rates increased like any other commercial hospital.The prices and the rooms never match. They are saying it’s a missionary hospital but I feel it also became a commercial hospital.

Per my opinion and experience this is the worst hospital in Guntur. My father went to this hospital, they kept on saying that he would be better in one more day. But the lies built up and he stayed there for more than 25 days. In the end he didn’t survive. They say it is “non profit” liars. In the end they took more than 5,00,000. My father suffered a lot in this hospital, they kept on giving false hope and treatment on top of treatment we don’t know if they actually tried to save him or if it was part of their money sucking trap. But in the end he didn’t make it. Take my advice it you know any people planing to go here DO NOT take them to this hospital. ZERO STARS!!! I wish negative stars so I can give lots of negatives.

Pathetic, ignorant and careless staff. I lost my healthy baby boy with their negligence. As I went to hospital when my amniotic fluid is leaking. I went to hospital at 5:30 pm it was emergency to me but doctor came to checkup on 7:20 pm. Doctor told us that before we proceed we need to do scan but right now we don't have staff who do scans they left hospital. We asked them to let us go outside for scanning. But they didn't agree for that. They made to admit in hospital. Doctor prescribed injection as she wrote 2 injection names she mentioned to nurse that give 1 injection if that injection is available in pharmacy if it is not available then do 2 injection. But the nurse gave 2 injections to me. Till then I am feeling very well as I am able to heard baby heart beat. After 2 hours I started bleeding. Then junior doctor visits to check up at 10:30 pm she told if u are having bleeding problem then consult me. At 12:40 I started labour pain they took me to delivery room. In that room I am not able to control my pain but junior doctor is not listen to me even though they are very free. They are watching Bigg Boss in hotstar. My parents, me asking to call Doctor but they are telling they will call to them at morning 5:30 only. I was in pain nearly 5 hours. Again I asked junior doctor to call Doctor at 5:25 but she told still we have 5 mins to call. Junior doctor gave me injection then i felt more pain. After a few mins I delivered a baby. I lost my 5 months baby. Doctor came to visit me at morning 8:30. After delivery I lost my conscious but no staff takes care of me. They didn't even gave silion nor tablets. we asked our baby to handover to us. But they made us to wait for 3 hours. When I am discharging I was shocked with the bill. They did nothing to me. But they charged more money. I faced very very bad experience...If there is any negative ratings I will definitely give more negative ratings.
