We're regular customer at Malabar. The staff is extremely courteous. We apparently brought a piece of jewellery. This time we were serviced by Mr. Shaik Shahvali. He was able to identify and react accurately to our behaviour and emotions.nHe was able to establish rapport easily and put us “at ease” in his presence. He also has good listening skills.nnThanks Malabar for happy experience!

I bought diamond bracelet, I was told that only percentage of making charges will be mentioned in billing. But nothing was mentioned and after calculating once I am back to home, I get to know they charged ~50%. I used to go visit Malbar gold and diamonds stores in Hyderabad, I never saw this issue before there.nEven Hyderabad billing is so clear than this.nBe careful while billing, they are taking advantage of Corona, no chance for exchange, which was there before.nWe can't exchange after billing is done.nI tried their contact number, they have connection problem it seems, I couldn't able to hear them.nI was a good customer, I lost complete trust due to this store.
