The receptionist's attitude is most callous .Of the thousands of telephone operators i would have spoken to she is the dumbest and ignorant . No straight or clear answers . Bottom line is they don't have service persons for IFB Washing machines which they don't want to agree to . If they don't have the service personnel then they shouldn't post ads as a servicing agency .
