Very bad experience. They charged a very high rate for smoothening it was 10,000 included hair wash and spa but after hair wash they did not provided hair spa. They tell me that the hair wash was hair spa.am i a fool?.very cheap behaviour. Beside this a lady came there with long thick and damaged hair for smoothening and and she tell that thay fixed her appointment for smoothening at 5000. How disgusting thieves. I will never go there again. And the smoothening on my hair was worst. Only in one month my hair became like earlier and more freezy.
