Nice place to visit. I've been there recently and it was such a soothing and enjoyable experience. If you visit the city you should spare some time to hangout here and feel refreshed while having a good time with your friends and family. Nice place. You will definitely learn about the rich patriotic history of Assam; about varoius wars fought by Assamese people over the years.nP.S. Don't forget to donate for the Indian Army there.

This place is an amazing place. It clearly shows things used by Indian military during war .. the aeroplane (jet fighter) , military tank and others cleary shows how well those things are used in war times.

It's the newly developed Tourist Attraction. Originally it was a man made pond to connect up-to the river Brahmaputra. It's a very long ( around a kilometer long) pond at the centre of ( old ) Guwahati.nThis place is a favorite forn1. Morning Walk and Joggingn2. Park Lovern3. Boating Lovern4. Kids who like swingsn5. History of Assam and Indian Army memorialnAnd many more.nnI see people almost since dawn till very late in the evening the crowd turnover is the highest around this location - all come here with different perspective.nnYou can go there anytime but I would suggest to go before 5 pm to see maximum of its beauty.
