Worst experience. The staff is arrogant and discriminatory. Came for servicing all along from Arunachal, came at 7 am and was first at line and also had booked two days prior for servicing...but to my dismay ,the staff took to tend other vehicles from Assam and my turn didn't turn up till 4 pm yet...nIs this what Ford stands for.....harrasing the general people....nShame on TI ford workshop,team tinsukia

The rating is for their workshop. Unprofessional staff lacking basic decency. No wonder a huge company like Ford will have to shut shop in India. Courtesy: the untrained and crude so called professionals in formals manning their stations. Very unfortunate

My car has not undergone servicing. I have called the concerned person and he told that the parts that need to be replaced are still in transit.
