Very very bad experience. We purchased a kurta set and gave it for alter. When we went to collect it the next day , we found that the kurta seemed like someone had worn it. Kurta was not at all ironed and it smell like sweat especially in the armpits it smelled very bad. We are sure after we have given it to alter,someone had worn it for hours due to which it was smelled of human sweat in the upper portion of the kurta as well as the sleeve. Also the sleeves were crimped at the elbow part. Although we complained, they denied of any such thing,but at the time of purchase when it was tried, it didnot have any odour. How can it smell of human sweat all over the next day after alter. very very bad experience.

Manyavar Mohey is a luxury brand of ethnic wear. It has quite a few branches in guwahati. This one is in roodraksh mall at bhangagarh , G.S. Road. Quite a good collection they have. Although base prices are very high they do have quality stuff. After all you gotta get the best for weddings and occasions. The in house tailor is really good. I actually had a problem with the fitting of the kurta i got for my engagement but then the tailor did quite a good job out of it. Now i dunno whether i will wear it again. But anyway a good place to get the best in ethnicwear.
