Cradled in the lap of nature , the Hempeupet peak is mesmerizingly beautiful. If you ever happen to come to haflong and have some mountain goat spirit then this is just the place you would like to fill up your thirsty soul.

One will definitely fall in love with this mountain. 4 to 5 hrs rugged trekk from Natun Leikul village in Dima Hasao district of Assam. Best time to trekk is September to November.nCarry adequate water and some light snacks. Ensure carry some first aid.nThe top unveils mesmerizing view of the Dima Hasao district.

This is the Highest Point in Assam. View from top is spectacular. Trekking to the top isn't that difficult just you need some local help. Try to reach during day because it get darker in daylight too.

Definitely very exhausting but after it is worth going that high . The view from the top were spectacular.
