Have enjoyed every workout here. Friendly environment and very safe for ladies as its exclusively for ladies so leave your worries at home and enjoy your workout here. Owner and the trainers are very helpful and guide us in every possible way.

WFS is a great place to workout. Have been visiting for the past 2 years and can't think of going anywhere else. Where else will you get aerobics, tabata, yoga etc all under one roof at a nominal charge every month ??nThe owner is personally involved with every client. The ambience is great and so is the fact that it is only for ladies ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
