pathetic service. staffs want to give excuse for postponing customer's work for next day. they want to just sit and relax. there's one specsy manager who seems to be a gentleman but is actually not. he himself doesn't know many things and confuse customers. there was a time when these people believed in customer service and satisfaction but now God only knows what is their motto. there is no priority for privileged customers. when u enter this bank premises it stinks very badly. worst bank branch in katihar when compared to others.
