Very poor customer service!nnI would like to update you regarding my displeasure with this company. I had ordered a modular kitchen on 13/9/19. It has been 14 months almost now. I am still awaiting delivery of front panel of the dishwasher. This is after hundreds of calls to their local representative and jumlas upon jumlas. They keep saying they are not getting delivery from Indore for the same!! 14 months down the line!! Does spacewood not have a single order in 14 months to Chandigarh???nnThe email they have mentioned in the reply to this review i.e [email protected] is practically non responsive.nI had filed a complaint on 21/9/20 as well to this email. But they don't even acknowledge the email, leave alone act on it.nnSave your money and time.nRun away from space wood.nI will update when if ever, the front panel is delivered.
