Studio Pepperfry - Furniture Store in Chandigarh

I ordered carpet from pepper fry. It has a big black spot on the centre of the mat. Spot is around 4-5”. Disappointed!!

We ordered furniture worth 1.5 lacs from the chandigarh store . Mr punjit who is the store manager there told that we wud be getting some cash back worth 8to 10 thousand . Once the furniture was delivered , to our surprise our order was changed it was not the exact design we had chosen, and till date we have not received cash back we had promised . Even after repeated requests to the manager we have not received any money . At the time we were making the payment we are asked for our bank details and our adhar card copies and were told that our cash back would come In our accounts and we totally fell for it . It was a complete fraud .

The Managers and Executives are very helpful and answer all queries in detail ! Would definitely Recommend them

Guys do not blindly trust the manager punjeet in elante pepper fry store . He promised many things to me while i was ordering the product.He don’t have much knowledge about pepperfry products so please don’t waste your time with him. The product delivered to me was incomplete and also damaged . When we tried to get resolution from call center people, they asked us to go to store in elante and when we called punjeet he was saying to call back to the call center they will take care . At last when we clearly told him that you have to to take a step because you only did false commitments while selling, then he was like refund depends on call center people i can not do anything. Useless staff . Also they told us and send one guy to our house for inspection of the product we said ok but that guy was sent for repair of the product these act smart and we denied that we don't want any repair we want our refund . Finally after wasting so much of my precious time and several follow ups we got our refund today .i request you all not to buy online furniture from pepperfry you have many more options you can look for that.nSecond point -for the first time i purchased one center table from them and its dimensions didn’t matched with my requirements so i asked them to replace and give me a bigger table and i will pay for that they refused to do that . Till date that table is of no use to me . they don't replace any item if you don’t like it or any other reason they will not replace the product even if you want to change the size .
