I went to batra hospital to see gynecologist Dr. Shelly Batra for my wife. I had asked them telephonically if she is available or not. They said her opd is till 11:30. I went there at 9:15 and waited for her to come. The staff nurse present their said she will come.nMy wife was seen by some Dr. XYZ. I didn't know her credentials.nI waited till 2 P.M but Dr. didn't come to attend her patients. Even no clear word about her availability was given by the attendants.nThis is apathetic behavior from the side of Batra hospital administration.nDr. can be busy because of some other engagements/ OT etc. but atleast they should be responsible enough to tell their patients, pregnant women who come to visit them and end up facing so much time in the tough times of covid-19.

I am writing bad reviews because of DR. H. S Arora. Don't know who has made him a medicine doctor who has no basic manners of talking to his patients. Some where i feel he is responsible for my mother death because his lousy treatment. Every day he change his statement and used to tell new story. Somewhere i felt he doesn't know his work. No it is too late. But now i wouldn't go to Batra because of H. S Arora. He is unfit for this profession.

Such a nice and clean hospital to get treatment. We , every members of family love their service. May be treatment is bit expensive but you get what you pay for. I have had an wonderful experience from their doctors to nurses and safai walas to food servers. Cooprative and frankly people if anyone needs any help.
