I would give zero i submitted.my Passport on 08 jan 2020 but i not yet received any update about my passport i visited ones they said 15 days u will get ur passport but still no update, when u call them no one answer, I don't know what to do.

Really frustratingnIt was my most bad customer service experience in life because I called them first time they picked my phone and they didn’t answer me well so I tried to contact them again after that I made 30 calls but they didn’t answer and I just had to ask simple thing that how can I book an appointment for enquiry because on website it’s showing service is not available at this location and I really need to close my previous passport application but they are not answering. What can we do? Really really bad ☹ufe0f☹ufe0f☹ufe0f☹ufe0f

Visited the office on 11st December 2020.nnVery easy to find the location of office. Near to Hotel Hyat residency.nnParking is paid and situated on road only in front of office.nnBhikaji Kama is the nearest metro station from office, walking distance 300-400mts approx.
