Extremely long queues. Inefficient staff..so many days of server down...old building...zero maintenance.. 2 out of 5 working fans on the speed of 1. 45 degrees outside....yelling and fighting people in queues...still willing to open ur account here...better u take a rock and hit ur head on it...

Pathatic service as well as Very bad service.they received my packet on 28th July morning still they not deliver my packet on given address the phone number given on web they can't pick any call.nAnd that parcel were speed postud83dude21ud83dude21

Good customer service. The pictures are from shop near them which is offering packaging services. For international post you need fabric packaging .copy of passport and customer declaration form. For UK london i paid 4000 rupees for 4.5kg in speedy post. I have been told it will arrive in London in 6 days time.

Staff service is very bad. If you ask any query, they just ignore you. They don't believe in responding. They forgot that they are supposed to work for people.
