very bad experience. Please do not open your account here. their sever is most of the times down. their credit card facility is pathetic. the employees are rude. nobody ever picks up the telephone. On-line services like internet banking and stuff really sucks. If you dont want to waste your time then i would suggest dont go to this bank.
