The staff was great... But the front desk employee Peter was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He has EXCELLENT customer service and he went above and beyond to help me with my stay. If he isn't in management he should DEFINITELY be promoted.nMy room was BEAUTIFUL. The upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms is spectacular. I will DEFINITELY be returning customer.

The menu was large without being too hard to choose from. The quality and quantity were excellent. I will be returning! this was an example of a very nice hotel. Highly recommendable to all of my friends and family!

If “boutique” means overpriced and inconvenient, then this is the place for you! Let’s start with the WARM mini fridge stocked full of overpriced drinks....you don’t have to purchase these, of course, but if you do choose to drink an $18 airplane bottle of Bacardi, you will also be charged a 10% restocking fee for doing so. Oh also, should you want to put your own drinks in the same warm fridge, you’re subject to a “personal use fee”. I’m guessing the reason why the hallways reek of peoples leftovers are because the fridge is set at like 70degrees. Also no bottle opener for my $10 beer.nThe highly advertised “brand new pool” isn’t open.....there is no available microwave for patron use. Towels are raggedy, floors are dusty. $50/night for parking. Yes, it’s a great location, and the valet guys have been awesome, but that’s really the only positive.nSixty had a $100 credit for booking here, which we assumed could be applied to the hotel’s restaurant, but per the front desk, due to covid, that credit can only be applied to the drinks in the fridge....mind you, the hotel restaurant is STILL OPEN, but Covid is why my credit can’t be used there? Doesn’t make much sense, but okay...nFor the cost, you're much better off going with a doubletree or Hilton. Hell, an AirBnb would have been more accommodating at this point.

The location is great and conveniently near several medical surgical offices. There are several bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is beautiful, our room was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the city. Parking is valet only but most places are walking distance. I noticed several younger guests (approximately 20-25 Y/O) staying at this location. Overall the staff was friendly and professional. I wanted to rate it 5 stars but unfortunately, throughout our stay, the air smelled like marijuana due the guest next door.
