The Beverly Hills Hotel Spa

The Beverly Hills Hotel is such a wonderful little place! It is so clean it's amazing! Super comfortable everything! Kitchenette w fridge, microwave and coffee maker and all the supplies. I was here for the second time, but this time during the pandemic. I would go NOWHERE else during this time. I knew from my first visit how impeccably clean they are, so I wasn't worried. I'm sure they added extra precautions, it smelled so clean and taken care of. But it did before too. Fatima is a total gem! Her husband too! They go out of their way for your comfort and safety. Love them, their Villa and all that they do! Oh! Their cafe with home cooked amazing meals is the icing on the cake. The food is wonderful! And well worth every penny! Delivered right to your room! Amazing place. The best hotel for weddings! The rooms are large and comfortable.The grounds are just all tropical foliagenI really love this place.

Always love staying here. The service is always above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are recently renovated, so although the hotel is old and historic, it feels brand new! Location is the best for Beverly hills as it is more private and serene, nestled in the middle of a residential area. Can't say enough good things about this place!

This courtyard motel has the colorful and quiet charm of a tropical getaway right in LA. The staff and room are super dog friendly. The room was clean and private with secure courtyard parking right off Washington Blvd, very close to the Marina and downtown. The cafe has a great menu with good coffee and the owners (managers?) are very friendly and respectful. Very clean rooms with a nice breakfast nook and small kitchenette.nI spent the New Year with my Labrador Pele. She mostly slept and comfortably spent some of her final days here.

This review is being updated, after the manager, Rafael, reached out to me a few weeks ago, reconcile the issues we had during Christmas week.nHe was very understanding and apologetic, which I appreciated.nHe refunded half our money, and gave me two free nights in one of their large suites, free of charge.nThese gestures were appreciated, and thoughtful. When a business takes responsibility and does what they can to make things right, I have much respect and grateful for that.nOne star off for the first bad experience.
