We went to Waldorf Astoria for brunch. Everything was fine up until 3:30-4:00 pm. Vanessa came to our table and said “Sorry but this table has a reservation so we hope you enjoyed your stay”. We had just ordered another round of drinks so we weren’t sure if she was kicking us out before our drinks came to the table or after.nnThen David comes over. He was really polite and respectful advising us that the table was reserved and he offered to seat us at a different table. We followed David to the next table. The busboy places the mats on the table and gives us silverware. Two minutes later, the busboy comes back to the table to collect our silverware. I explain to him that we’re ordering food and that we would need the silverware. He looks at and points to Vanessa saying she told him to take our silverware and place mats. I’m trying to reason with the busboy explaining that we’re ordering food. He ignores my request and takes our place mats and silverware.nnFinally, Vanessa walks by and I ask her if we could get more silverware. She said no. I asked her why and she said we weren’t allowed to eat, only drink. She explained that we were moved to the new table to finish our drinks but we couldn’t order more food.nnI was so confused and embarrassed. It was bad enough that we were moved from one table to another, but to add insult to injury, we’re told we can’t order more food and were pretty much kicked out. Had I known the afternoon would play out like it did, I would’ve done business at another restaurant who values their clients and patrons. For an establishment who prides themselves as being luxurious, it’s a shame that you have workers who act the exact opposite and treat their customers like they aren’t the reason for you being able to operate.nnCustomer service training should be revisited in the restaurant section of Waldorf because it’s a pity to spend money at a place where you don’t feel valued as a customer. Vanessa is the epitome of rude and classless. I would never visit again or recommend Waldorf of Astoria to anyone. The only reason why I gave one star is because zero stars or a moon wasn’t an option. Pun intended.

Lavish rooftop bar with 360-degree views & Art Deco lobby bar. Due to covid everyone is much more spaced out. It was very safe. Service was excellent and staffs was nice. The tuna tartare was delicious. Drinks were great too. Reservations must be made to eat here.nWill definitely come back.

We were there for 3 days during Covid. The Waldorf did everything possible to make our (and everyone's) stay wonderful. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, every aspect was perfect. The rooms are magnificent, the pool and rooftop restaurant are amazing, and all the staff are amazing. We have been to the Waldorf Beverly Hills many times, and we are always happy to return.nI think The Waldorf BH is probably one of nicest hotels in the country.nWill definitely return!

This hotel was stunning. My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday and they treated us like royalty. From the time we arrived they parked our car in valet and brought our luggage right to our room. When we got to the room it had a huge bathroom with a bathtub and his and hers sinks. They even had a rose waiting for us by the tub. The room itself had a king bed and a sofa. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. After you exit the bedroom you walk out to a huge balcony that overlooks Beverly Hills. Watching the sunset was breathtaking. Other things we loved in the room were the slippers, free waters, and the Nespresso coffee bar! And because it was my birthday they sent me 4 chocolate covered strawberries. I only wish that we could have stayed longer! I will definitely come back again!

One of the best hotel stays that I have ever had. The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. I stayed for my honeymoon for a few nights before flying internationally and my wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are clean and convenient with the iPad controls, the bathroom is large and the outdoor terrace is wonderful. The concierge was able to help me with mailing services as well which I really need at the time. Thank you so much for an excellent stay!nn*Shoutout to John Tombyll as well as the rest of the team for being so willing to go above and beyond.
