Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills

It is a nice hotel with decent prices! I like on my business trip to stay in such hotels that are within a logical budget, room to be clean and comfortable. The service of the staff here is of high quality, extremely friendly, and you do not have to say the same thing twice. I recommend this hotel if you are going to stay one to max two weeks for business!

Just came back from an amazing trip to this beautiful hotel. We have stayed here several times always with a great experience. This trip was EXCEPTIONAL! From the way the staff handled the Covid restrictions, front desk, concierge, housekeeping and valet pristine service. We had stayed at another local hotel a few weeks prior on the recommedation of friends. We will never stray from this beautiful hotel again!

I had a great experience at the hotel. They had excellent customer service. I was greeted the minute that I walked in the door with a smile. Everyone always greeted me with a smile. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Great energy, great experience

Beautiful place! A bit hidden but I like that. Staff was friendly and very helpful. ud83dudc4dud83cudffd Limited parking unless you use valet parking.

So a lot of the marketing pictures on yelp aren't really what you get. I know, shocker. But it is a very nice place to visit. I've been there about a half dozen times.
