Mosaic Hotel

This hotel is very clean and crisp. No obnoxious smell and decorated beautifully. The room was just as stated. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave it. The staff is very friendly and here to help especially Mike. We will be staying here the next time we are in the area.

Michael was super fabulous. He was interpersonally engaging and responsive to all my needs. I love him and his positive energy. The hotel was immaculate and in pristine condition. Joshua was also very pleasant and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return very soon.

Great location and near Rodeo Drive! Close to work too. Spent my anniversary here and I must say how beautiful the decor is in here. Room was comfy, clean and quiet. Pool was great. The gentleman that checked us in I think his name was Joshua, was so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and toured the famous spots where Pretty Woman was filmed. This hotel is close to everything, Venice beach,The Stars Walk of Fame and Sunset Drive.Even checked out Las Palmas Hotel at the fire escape location from the movie and the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Beautiful memories made here!

This place was great and the the customer service was outstanding (other than JOSH). My friend and I stayed here for a few days (Weds-Sat) to relax after surgery and the overnight staff was amazing! They helped out as much as possible and were very informative about the surrounding area.nnThe only issue I encountered with this place is JOSH. I called a few mins ago to inquire about charges on my card. I was simply trying to understand why my card was charged. Once Josh is explained why the card was charged, I stated that I was unaware of the resort fees because my friend booked the room. I wasn’t even trying to get the fees removed, but in a very childish way, Josh stated that “maybe your friend should read before booking,” and hung up the phone. I’m still giving the hotel 5 stars because it was clean/COVID-friendly and the rest of the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, but I would rather not deal with Josh if I return.nnSomeone should speak to JOSH about tact and quality customer service.nnThanks!

Nice place to get away for a night. The windows actually open! The rooms have a doorbell, which is a nice touch. Waterfall showerhead is great. Very close to Beverly Hills Shopping
