I was Ordering food while it was about to close. I was waiting for payment on paytm and it took around 5 to 7 mins while i place my Order. And when i completed my payment, the resraurant was closed for delivery. Payment was done but i did not receive any confirmation from swiggy. So i Rushed to the restaurant in less than 5 min. When i reached i saw they were cleaning up. I went and explained my situation to 1 of their boy and he made a call to their mamager to check weather they have received payment or not. And on the other side manager told him that they haven't received our payment. As soon as he got that information, he left and went said restaurant band ho gya hai. I asked for number of their manager and he didn't answer. I waited for 5 mins and kept asking for number so that i can speak to their manager but he didn't answer me. So i started calling number i got from google and someone picked up my call. I explained situation to him and he said thats not our problem thats swiggy's problem. We have not received your payment as swiggy wili provide us payment after 1 month. If you want any refund you need to call swiggy. I said i have paid it through payment and payment is done. Still he said wo mera issue nahi hai. Aap swiggy se Baat karo. I saw that people working and cleaning over their not wearing mask or any gloves. Was touching food with bare hands and their kitchen was tidy clean. Customer service they provide is beyond your imagination. Not only 1 but 2 people ended up going to bed empty stomach. Good Job people.

Worst ever experience with their branch kilos. Ordered butter naan and ended up getting burnt food. ended up going to bed on an empty stomach. While I complained they told they can't replace. They promised a refund and I don't get refund. No response to calls.nnNEVER TRY THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Gives awesome service and a variety of food options specially the combos or you could say the option for breakfast, lunch , dinner , which are the different meals the heavy , light or exclusive meals.nVery tasty and give you home delivery which gives us all the more fun and joy in having their delicious food and varieties of them.nA bit on the expensive side but can go away it !!
