Excellent Service. Today (08July2020) I asked my query on phone and received detailed reply. The answering person was very polite and cooperative. The cashier at the savings account window is also very helpful, and always replies all queries cheerfully.nI rank the Postal Dept. and Income Tax Dept. both at No. 1 ... the Best Govt. Depts. based on my 40 years experience. So please do not believe old reviews.

Worst government office.... Lucky you If you get your money back without harassing.... Staff dosent know what is legally processing...i have very bed experience my post deposit mature 15 day's before and everyday I went there till today I didn't get my money back..... Am very confused what should I do??? It's big amount....

Typical sarkari office .... they do jot even bother to pick your call ., and delivery of ur post is just their choice .... lucky if u get ur post from this office
