It's in heart of town. Lift is working properly. Flush was not working, they couldn't repair it so another room was given. Cold water not available. Refrigerator not working. Food and service is good. Limited options for buffet breakfast. Restaurant boys are customer friendly.

If you are looking for budget decent hotel in Dwaraka, this is the right place. Good food, ambiance. Only if group is bigger then dining place is smaller or just enough for 40 persons group. Sea beach is very near. You can enjoy good walk on seashores in late evening or morning.

Don't know how they could run a hotel like this.There is sea water as running water in taps. It makes KHUJLI when you wash your face with it. Dirty washrooms, testless food, unpleasant and malfunctioning ac. Only location is good but no sea view at all. Overall disgusting experience.

I wish I could give a negative rating to this hotel. The staff are absolutely unprofessional with no value to humanity. For them it's just a business. Facilities wise, the rooms are ok. Double bedrooms looked like a single room. Very congested. There was no proper ventilation and AC was giving frequent problems. We had to repeatedly call the reception where the attender use to turn up after 3- 4 calls. The worst part is the restaurant staff who behave like animals. They offer complementary breakfast. But for a glass of milk for the baby they create a ruckus. Their behavior was totally unacceptable . I don't recommend this hotel. If possible the concerned authorities in the area should blacklist this hotel and cancel all their licenses.

Nice place bt improvement is necessary. Bell of some rooms are not working, salt water is come from tap. We can't bath with salt water because itchiness after bathing with this water. Drinking water section new karana chahiye, har bar staff ko 1 glass pani mangana padata hai.
