Very costly They keep ac off for some time or temperature not maintained Ok place to seat for 2/3 hrs in less noicy environment

I have been a CCD customer since atleast 10 years and never have I ever experienced such low standard of service. The lady who calls herself the manager does not even wear uniform so it's unbelievable that CCD can actually hire staff like these at managerial level. They are not trained enough for even basic billing, infact I was surprised when I heard them discussing how to create a particular recipe from my order. Firstly the lady at counter couldn't hear the order correctly so she ended up making 2 separate bills and asking for 2 separate payments. When requested to start preparing the order and will pay cash later as I would have to withdraw it, she did not respond then the manager lady came to say we will have to pay first. When we gave her the feedback she apologized. Later on we came to know half the order was not even taken. Very poor staff and service.
